Quality Products That Last

Gravina's Window Center of Littleton® installs Infinity by Marvin fiberglass replacement windows and patio doors. Infinity by Marvin windows are built with Ultrex, a pultruded fiberglass the manufacturer states is eight times stronger than vinyl and expands and contracts at a rate close to that of glass.

That matters in Colorado. Front Range homes face intense high-altitude sun, temperature swings of 40 degrees or more in a single day, and repeated freeze-thaw cycles. Frame materials that expand and contract at different rates than the glass they hold can lose their seal over time. Ultrex fiberglass is engineered to move very little across that temperature range, which helps the window hold its seal and its energy performance.

Gravina's Window Center of Littleton® also installs ProVia entry doors and James Hardie fiber cement siding, both selected for the same reason: documented performance in Colorado's climate rather than lowest installed cost.

Gravina's Window Center of Littleton® has been recognized as a ColoradoBiz Top Company award honoree.

Precision Installation by In-House Crews

A well-made window will still fail if it is installed incorrectly. Most replacement window problems homeowners report, including air leaks, water intrusion, and windows that bind or will not stay open, trace back to installation rather than the window itself.

Gravina's Window Center of Littleton® does not subcontract window and door installation. Installations are performed by Gravina's Window Center of Littleton® employees who are trained specifically on Infinity by Marvin fiberglass products.

Every installation follows the same sequence: the existing opening is inspected and prepared, the window is set and squared, the perimeter is insulated and sealed, and interior and exterior trim is finished to protect the opening from weather. Crews clean up and haul away the old units before leaving.

Gravina's Window Center of Littleton® backs its installation work with a lifetime workmanship warranty.

When Infinity by Marvin Is Not the Right Choice

Infinity by Marvin fiberglass windows are not the least expensive replacement windows available, and they are not the right answer for every homeowner. Gravina's Window Center of Littleton® would rather say so up front than sell a project that does not fit.

Fiberglass replacement windows are usually not the best fit when a homeowner plans to sell within two to three years and wants the lowest possible cost to close, when the existing windows are structurally sound and the real issue is a failed seal on a single unit that can be repaired, or when the home is a rental or short-term hold where a lower-cost vinyl product will meet the need.

They tend to be the right fit for homeowners staying in the home long term, homes with significant sun exposure or large window openings where frame stability matters, and homeowners who want a narrower frame and more glass than a comparable vinyl window allows.

If a project is not a good fit, Gravina's Window Center of Littleton® will say so during the consultation.

Generations of Craftsmanship. A Legacy of Trust.

"I started this company in 1973 with a simple idea: sell products I would put in my own house, install them correctly, and treat every customer the way I would want my own family treated. That has not changed in 53 years. We have turned down projects that were not a good fit, and we have gone back years later to make something right at our own cost. That is what the name on the building is for."

Jim Gravina, Founder and Owner, Gravina's Window Center of Littleton®

"My father built this business on doing the work himself and standing behind it. My job is to keep that intact while the company grows. We still install with our own crews instead of subcontracting, we still train them on Infinity by Marvin products specifically, and my brothers, sisters, and cousins work here alongside me. When a homeowner calls with a problem ten years after their install, they are calling the same family that sold them the windows."
